Similar to MELEE-FC2, the members of Ship of Fools were the only participants in the tournament, and the tournament was held last minute at Jeff Kish's sister-in-law's house.

====Ruleset====
* A 64-person singles bracket was created, with each player entering twice and 54 CPUs.
** The official site states that 59 CPUs were used, but this is presumed to be an error due to the published results table showing that each player entered twice.
** Due to the formatting of the CPU results, it is possible that {{SSBM|Tournament Mode}} was used.
* A free-for-all bracket was also held, with two 3-player 3-minute games in the first round ({{Sm|KishSquared}} entering in both games) and the top two per game advancing to a final 4-player 5-minute game.
** The official site states that at least some players lost to CPUs in free-for-alls, but the results page has no record of any free-for-all games involving CPUs.

====Singles====
CPU results below the top 8 were omitted from the official results page.
