In Co-Op Event 14: The Dark Guardians has one of the players being {{SSBB|Wolf}} (which is for P2), both players are {{SSBB|Toon Link}} for Co-Op Event 15: Four Swords Brawl, and in this one, one of the players (which is P1) is {{SSBB|Jigglypuff}}.

*This co-op event can be seen a reference to the [[Melee]] event [[Event 39: Jigglypuff Live!]]. Because one of the opponent characters is Jigglypuff, both of the assigned characters (Jigglypuff and Mr. Game & Watch) are lightweight characters, and the co-op event's name and description have Jigglypuff's name in it.

Jigglypuff's Great Comeback (プリンの大逆転, Purin's Great Comeback) is the 16th co-op event match out of a total of 21 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. In this match, Jigglypuff and Mr. Game & Watch start as tiny characters, while Lucas and Ness are giant. As Castle Siege changes tiers, Jigglypuff starts to grow and Lucas and Ness shrink. After the stage changes to the third tier, Jigglypuff is giant, while Lucas and Ness are tiny.

  • 1st tier: Jigglypuff & Mr. Game & Watch small, Ness & Lucas giant.
  • 2nd tier: Jigglypuff, Ness, & Lucas normal, Mr. Game & Watch small.
  • 3rd tier: Jigglypuff giant, Ness, Lucas, & Mr. Game & Watch small.
