The DK Tag Calamity is the 4th co-op event match out of a total of 21 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. In this scenario, Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong are tiny, and their opponents are normal-sized. The player can collect Lightning Bolts to make opponents smaller and easier to KO; although it is not mandatory, this is the only item that will spawn. The enemy Donkey Kong is slightly larger than the playable Donkey Kong.

Trivia[edit]
- This event shares the same characters, stage, and music track with the solo event Event 7: Diddy Kong Panic.
- Unusually, the enemy Donkey Kong cannot be Star KO'd or Screen KO'd, making him the only "Donkey Kong" (besides in The Subspace Emissary) who will just always be blast KO'd.
- This is due to him and the enemy Diddy Kongs being considered multi-man opponents.
