Cryme, formerly known as True Cryme, is an esports team founded by the Emirati smasher and T.O. Nyte formerly known as Cryme, in August 2021. They are dedicated to the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate scene, and their main objective is to sponsor professional Ultimate players. In addition to sponsoring, Cryme also helped by sponsoring tournaments such as Desert Knights 7 and BOSS BATTLES: Phase 1.

On August 27th, 2021, True Cryme's complete roster was announced, consisting of Chag, NAKAT, Luma and SuperStriker. The first two have been directly recruited by the organization while Luma and SuperStriker both won a region-locked online Smash tournament in order to get recruited[1]. Their player-manager is the top British Samus player RAMBOSS, although RAMBOSS don't represent True Cryme in tournaments. Two other players, Peli and Yez, were added to the team within the next few months, however due to restructuring, all players but Chag and Peli were cut from the roster by March 27th, 2022.[2][3] In May 2022, True Cryme parted ways with Chag, before signing the Saudi prodigy ZoZeF and the top NorCal player Lui$. On January 4th, 2023, Cryme announced that it would be entering an indefinite hiatus.[4]
