A Floor attack is a form of a Floor Recovery. When the attack button is pressed, the character will simultaneously stand up and preform a weak attack that hits on both sides to create space. The attack used depends on whether the character is sitting, lying face up, or lying face down. In almost all cases, it does 5% or 6% damage.

List of floor attacks (SSBB)

Character Front Back Trip
Bowser Bowser leaps forward to strike with his head, then back to kick behind, and finally up into a standing position. Bowser gets up while swinging his hand around. Bowser gets up while facing backwards, and does a claw swipe that brings him facing forward.
