Monkeys Unite is the 22nd solo event match of 41 in Super Smash Brothers Brawl. The player takes control of Diddy Kong and is allied with Giant Donkey Kong against Sheik and Lucario. The player must defeat both Sheik and Lucario to win the event match. Though at first the match seems very unbalanced on the side of the player, the Giant Donkey Kong has very poor AI compared to the opponents. The event is not failed if Donkey Kong loses both of his stock lives.

- The stage used for this event is Rumble Falls. However, the song used for this event is Opening (Donkey Kong), which usually appears on 75 m. Additionally, the image that represents the event shows the Kongs on 75 m.
