Overview[edit]
Wii Fit Trainer squeezes the opponent. Her pummel is of average speed and deals average damage, although like the rest of Wii Fit Trainer's moveset its damage can be significantly increased by Deep Breathing. Like all pummels, it is useful for small amounts of chip damage that can sometimes allow a throw to kill earlier, as well as its ability to unstale other moves.
