From SmashWiki, the Super Smash Bros. wiki
- Not to be confused with ShuC.
Shu (シュウ or しゅう) is a Japanese smasher who mains Sheik in Melee, Snake in Brawl and Ultimate, and Bayonetta in SSB4. In Melee, he was known for his participation in the Zero Challenge (OC2) tournament where he got 5th in singles and 9th in teams with Hiko, a Japanese Falco player, while in Brawl, he is considered to be one of the best players in Japan, having taken sets off of top players such as Kakera, Yui, and RAIN, and in SSB4, he was formerly ranked 11th on the Umebura Smash 4 Power Rankings. He was a Sheik main prior to update 1.1.5 in SSB4; at that point, he became a Bayonetta main until the latter's nerfs and then switched back to the former in 1.1.6 before eventually going back to Bayonetta. In October 2016, he picked up Sonic with good results, getting Top 8 at Toryumon 1.
