Ryopei (りょぺい) is a smasher from Saitama, Japan who mains Snake in Ultimate. He is best known for his surprising performance at DELTA 9, where as the 47th seed he reached winners' finals after defeating Reno and Toriguri, a surprising feat, as prior to DELTA 9, he had not come anywhere close to placing top 8 at an event of that caliber. Outside of DELTA 9, Ryopei also notably placed 4th at ITSUKUSHIMA 4 after defeating Rizeasu, Nizemamo, and Futari no Kiwami Ah~!, and had also defeated Tsu at Kagaribi 12, Suinoko at Kagaribi 11, and Akakikusu at a weekly. On Smashmate, Ryopei had a rating over 2200.
