TOKYO SMASH BOOT CAMP was a Super Smash Bros. Ultimate invitational tournament held by Gackt, as an exchange match between foreign and Japanese teams. It was held on May 3rd, 2023 in Shibuya, Tokyo, Japan during Golden Week. The tournament was a double-elimination bracket, with a Japanese vs. overseas set in each Winners' Round 1 set. Sets were Best of 3, until Best of 5 started at Top 3. A crew battle was held before the bracket, with a live draft.

Trivia

  • Grand Finals had the same players as 2023 Japan NA Smashfest at Shuton's house the day before, however Miya won instead of losing this time.
  • After Miya won the tournament, Hungrybox played a "Thug Finals" game against him, which Miya won by one stock.
