Round 51: Captain Falcon vs. Falco

While one of them isn't actually a bird, these two skilled pilots have quite a lot in common. The blue colouring. The arrogance. The often-parodied taunts and lines. The playstyle. Which gets the better of the other this time around?

While I was better with and liked Captain Falcon more in Melee, his nerf was too much in Brawl while Falco is one of the best designed characters in both games. Who else has attacks that work so well together in Brawl and remained top tier despite having their best finisher and survivability nerfed as well as their deadliest combo removed? It's the battle of the two swordsmen with special blades - Marth's tipping Falchion versus Meta Knight's transcendent Galaxia. They had a bout in the Wilds before they realized they were on the same side, and now they can finish it.
