Trivia[edit]

  • A Summit tournament organizer confirmed that the Summit team decided against numbering Smash Summit events after the third entry.[1] However, the fifth event was revealed to be named Smash Summit 5, returning to being numbered.
  • Leffen's name was uncommonly placed as "L3ffen" on the first promotional image for the tournament, which happens to be how his YouTube and Instagram username is stylized.
  • This tournament broke the seven-year record for the largest singles pot in all of Smash history at $51,444, beating Brawl at MLG Dallas 2010's $35,000.
