John Numbers is an American smasher who mains Wii Fit Trainer in both Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and is considered to be one of the best Wii Fit Trainer players of all time across both games.
John Numbers would rise to prominence in Smash 4, where he played Wii Fit Trainer, with wins over top players such as Zinoto, Mr.E, 6WX, WaDi, Vinnie, Ned, MVD, and NAKAT. He is the only Wii Fit Trainner player to have finished within top 24 of a major/supermajor, also doing so at EVO 2015, the second largest Smash 4 tournament of all time. With a lack of top-level Wii Fit Trainer players, alongside a solid win roster, he is considered to be the greatest Smash 4 Wii Fit Trainer player of all time, with no other Wii Fit Trainer player even coming close to matching his results. John Numbers is currently ranked 4th on the New York Smash 4 Power Rankings.
In Ultimate, John Numbers continued to play Wii Fit Trainer. While no longer considered the undisputed best Wii Fit Trainer player of all time, he remains one of the best in the world. In addition to Wii Fit Trainer, he uses Mii Swordfighter as a counterpick for Wii Fit Trainer's poor matchups, and also employed an Inkling secondary prior to dropping the character. He is currently ranked 7th on the New York City Power Rankings, and has defeated players such as Samsora, Dabuz, Lui$, Sinji, Mr. E, Suarez, Gen, and Tilde.
John Numbers also mained Charizard in Project M and Lucario in Brawl, and was considered for a time to be the best Project M Charizard. He quit both games when Smash 4 was released.
