Daybreak was formerly ranked 2nd on the Michigan Ultimate Power Rankings. He frequently attends weeklies around the state, particularly Smashfield Weeklies.

In Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Daybreak was a Cloud and Falco player with a Fox secondary who was considered the best Cloud, Fox, and Falco player in Michigan. Daybreak is ranked 3rd on the Michigan Smash 4 Power Rankings. Additionally, he frequently attends random singles and reverse mains events, using a wide range of characters in the roster.
