Overview[edit]
Isabelle tucks her knee in, and kicks out- happily spinning about with pom-poms on her hands. This is Isabelle's fastest aerial at frame 5, on top of being Isabelle's most reliable out of shield option. Its clean hit having decent horizontally-launching power, while the late hit has a high amount of active frames, make it a useful edgeguarding tool. The clean hit is also a combo starter at low percents, while its late hit can do the same at mid percents.
Intentionally landing the late hit of Neutral air can keep the opponent closer and allow more time for a followup offstage, allowing for a potential KO confirm.
