Whether you are a new user without an account or an admin with years of experience, you are just as valuable an editor as anyone else, and your input is welcomed. However, this does not mean that experience is irrelevant, nor does it mean you can fool around and expect to be treated like someone who makes productive edits.

To elaborate, you are as encouraged as anyone else to add information to articles, and to speak your opinion on proposals and disputes. However, this does not mean that your opinion will be held in equal weight of others' regardless of what you say, or that information you contribute will be held in equal validity of contradicting information from a user proven knowledgeable and experienced on the subject without you sufficiently backing it up.
