Spare Change is the 5th event match of the 51 event matches in Super Smash Bros. Melee. As Ness, the player has 80 seconds to win a Coin Battle against a CPU Captain Falcon by collecting 200 coins. The match takes place on the Onett stage. Much like standard coin battles, both players have infinite stocks and lose half of their coins if they are KO'd.
