Major 5ashoom 2014 was a Super Smash Bros. Brawl and Project M (version 3.0) regional held in Kuwait City, Kuwait from May 22nd-23rd, 2014. It was the first notable Smash tournament in Kuwait since a 48-person Brawl event was held by Saracens Tournaments in 2010, an event that is likely lost to time. The event featured V115 as an international guest, and he won both the Brawl singles event over Demna, the best Brawl player in Kuwait, and the Project M singles event, though he was sent into Losers by Jin, the best Project M player in Kuwait. The event prove that Smash events could be successful in Kuwait, leading to the formation of a team called Super Smash Kuwaiti Bros. that organized Smash events in Kuwait. This was the last notable event in Kuwait before the release of Smash 4, as the scene's growth primarily took place during Smash 4's competitive lifetime.
