Dr. Mario's grab now use his stethoscope, increasing his range.
He has a new Megavitamin throw animation, similar to how he throws them in Dr. Mario 64.
New down smash, where he takes 1 megavitamin in each hand, faces the screen, and throws them downward, Which is slower, but does more damage than previous down smash.
New forward tilt, where he punches forward, which has more ending lag, and has less range.
Up tilt has more knockback than Mario's.
Instead of using Mario's "hm!" at the end of Doctor Tornado, he says "ha!"
Lucina
Lucina is overall faster than Marth.
Lucina is lighter than Marth.
Up tilt does more damage than Marth's.
New down tilt, where she spins on her toes with her sword out.
New forward aerial, similar to how she jumps out of the portal and slashes the enemies in her first appearance in Fire Emblem: Awakening.
