Overview
Pikachu, who has taken 100% damage or higher, climbs up from the edge that its on slowly and does a short ranged tail wipe that does 6% damage and very low knockback. Due to the very long start-up lag, the move can be easily punishable. Like other edge attacks, this attack has very little use in competitive play.
