Event match 2: Lord of the Jungle is the 2nd event match of 51 in Super Smash Bros. Melee. As a giant Donkey Kong, the player must win a 2 stock match against a tiny CPU Donkey Kong on Kongo Jungle, within a time limit of 3 minutes. When the match starts, the player spawns on the lower left of the large center platform while tiny Donkey Kong spawns above an elevated platform. The size disparity can make the event harder than expected, as most of the player's attacks will simply miss. Lord of the Jungle is the only event match that takes place on the Kongo Jungle stage.
