Overview
Bowser throws his opponent on the ground and splashes them. In the NTSC version of the game, the throw will not hit Jigglypuff or Mr. Game & Watch due to them being lightweight, but it does hit them successfully in the PAL version. Can be used to set up a tech-chase.

Timing
For NTSC releases, the speed of this throw depends on the opponent's weight. The frame strips show the speed on a baseline opponent (Mario, Luigi and Dr. Mario) in NTSC versions and all opponents in the PAL version.
