The Community Effort Orlando series, or simply CEO, is an ongoing fighting game tournament series typically held annually in Orlando, Florida. CEO is widely recognized as one of the premier events for fighting games. The event is hosted and organized by Alex Jebailey and CEO Gaming. The series has held events for Super Smash Bros. Melee, Super Smash Bros. Brawl, Project M, and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.
History
The tournament series began in 2010, with Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl as side events. The two games would be dropped after CEO 2011, but Melee would later return alongside Project M on the official game lineup at CEO 2014. Super Smash Bros. for Wii U would later be introduced at CEO 2015, replacing Project M on the official lineup.
