Round 206: Samus vs. Jigglypuff

		Winner!! Jigglypuff 7.5 to 22.5
The original floaties - one heavy and one light, but both ambiguously female on the outside and with similar tier list placings (bottom half, top half, bottom tier). Does Rollout or Morph Ball roll on to victory?
Votes for Samus Samus has bombs, missiles, and a morph ball. Jigglypuff has no recovery. Jigglypuff, on the other hand, has nothing that makes it useful. Comments @TacoAngel who bans an semi-unusable move like this? Have you even been to a decent Brawl tournament? You can't even ban a move of this factor at a fighting game tournament.
