Smash Summit Spring 2017 is the upcoming fourth installment of the Smash Summit tournament series. It is to be held on March 2nd-5th, 2017. Like previous Smash Summit tournaments, it will be held at the Summit gaming house, a private residence house in Los Angeles, California, and is not going to be open to the general public.

• A Summit tournament organizer confirmed that the Summit team decided against numbering Smash Summit events after the third entry.
• Leffen's name was uncommonly placed as "L3ffen" on the first promotional image for the tournament, which happens to be how his YouTube and Instagram username is stylized.
