Overview
Dr. Mario spins and throws the opponent forward. It is a rather weak throw, not having the ability to kill at realistic percentages even with rage. At early percents, the move can combo into a dash attack on large characters or fastfallers if they miss a tech. Otherwise, it isn't a very useful throw, only being useful to send the opponent offstage when down throw to forward aerial will not work.
