Westballz is a professional Falco player with a strong Fox secondary from Burbank, California. He is currently ranked 3rd on both the SoCal Melee and Project M Power Rankings. He also uses Captain Falcon, and landed a Sacred Combo on ZeldaFreak at Kings of Cali 3. Westballz notably caused an upset at MLG Anaheim 2014, where he defeated Mango 3-0 in pool play, and defeated him again 3-1 in losers' quarters at MVG Sandstorm, where he also defeated Hungrybox in losers' semis 3-2. He is seen as one of the best Falco players in the world, and considers PPMD to be his rival. He is also often seen as the most technical Falco player in the world.

On July 2nd, 2015, Westballz was picked up by Tempo Storm alongside Axe.

Alleged Adderall usage

It has become a running joke to accuse Westballz of using Adderall as a performance enhancing drug (PED). This originates from a Twitter post made by Mango's girlfriend accusing him of it after Westballz beat Mango at Mayhem June 2015; Westballz responded by denying the claims as baseless. Some people have scrutinized his ability to multishine for extended periods of time as a result of PED usage. This phenomenon can be seen as part of a larger awareness of PED usage in the larger eSports scene, such as the Electronic Sports League's decision to start drug testing.
