Overview
Lucas performs a back flip, kicking behind him with PSI energy. The move can spike anyone regardless of their state. After a bit, the grounded-only spike has its angle changed to not spike anymore. On the later frames, the move cannot spike at all and the sweetspot only hits grounded opponents.
