Heavenly Light (天の光, Ten no Hikari) is one of Palutena's alternate neutral special moves.
Overview
When used, a wide vertical pillar of light shines down on Palutena for some time. Any opponent within the light will be damaged. This move does not cause flinching or knockback, but has a weak pushing effect instead. The effect can last longer if the special button is held.
Origin
Heavenly Light is one of the many powers Pit or a fighter can wield in Kid Icarus: Uprising. It is an offensive power that creates a pillar of light around the user, damaging foes while causing no knockback. These traits carry over into Smash 4.
