Fox spins very quickly while airborne, doing a drill downwards. This attack does 7 hits doing 2% damage per hit for a total of 14% damage and is an extremely weak meteor smash. Like all drill kicks, his drill can be very useful in combos, but it's very easy to SDI out of. It is more difficult to escape the move the closer it's used to the opponent. With Fox being a fast faller, Z-cancelling helps with his down aerial, though it can still be performed in a short hop and autocancelled easily. It can combo into a up tilt or down tilt, both of which can chain into another down aerial. In addition, it can combo into a shine (onstage or offstage, the latter being an easy shine spike setup), or an up smash for a quick and powerful vertical KO.
