Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome, editors and users, to the Smash Arena! Each week this forum hosts a tussle between two characters from the Super Smash Bros. series! The winner gets, well, nothing. It's more of a poll but functionally, this is a popularity contest. You may vote for your favorite or who you think would win in an competition between the two combatants that round. No, you don't have to vote for the character with strength & power, just vote if you are a total fanboy of the character. So what are you waiting for? Get voting! Remember, you can remain anonymous! If you have any requests for future fights, please feel free to leave a message here.

The Rules, Briefly

  1. You can only vote once.
  2. Vote under the name of the fighter you are voting for.
  3. When voting, you can give a brief comment on why you voted for that fighter, or you can just leave your signature.
  4. ALWAYS put # when you vote so it can help us count the votes!!
  5. ALWAYS put in your signature with ~~~~. This is required for both signed on users and anon users.
  6. Any comments about the fight should be left in the comments sections.
  7. If you wish to leave a comment in more than one section, do not edit each section individually.
  8. DON'T LEAVE A SPACE BETWEEN YOUR POST AND THE POSTS ABOVE AND BELOW YOURS!

While they hail from two universes at completely different stages of scientific development, these two adventurers have the same job description - travel the land to collect a whole bunch of useful (and some useless) tools in order to defeat all those enemies that refuse to stay down. Whose collection of knicknacks and strangeness will allow them to win this battle?

It's the two swordsmen with completely different fighting styles - one focusing more on spacing, finesse, and tippers, whereas the other is more about power, fire, and close-range destruction. They never knew each other in their home universe, but they're certainly rivals in this one, especially since only one moved on into Brawl.

@67.233.102.196: Yes, Purin is Jigglypuff and Lizardon is Charizard, and the info is in our articles, so in the future you can just look there. @Megatron1: If a user asks a question, you shouldn't say, "read their pages and find out yourself", as that sounds mean makes a user feel unwelcome. You don't watch them. The battles aren't real, they're just voting battles and whoever has the most votes by the time the next round is updated, wins. However, there is such a thing called an SA BOX. Um, Toomai? It seems like at this point Roy is the clear victor. It would be nice to see an update. I don't mean to hurry you, I know you have a lot of projects going on like your Data Node, but just putting this here as a reminder that whenever you feel free it would be a good idea to update.
