Wombat is a Smasher and tournament organizer from New Jersey. He primarily plays Project+, maining Squirtle, and is known for his aggressive gameplay. He is best known for his performance at Undertow, where he defeated metroid and ORLY to finish 17th. Alongside other notable performances that year and in 2022, such as his performances at Blacklisted events, he was eventually ranked 40th on the PMRank 2022. In addition, Wombat is the head organizer of the namesake Wombat Wednesdays, an online weekly series, and its offline counterpart The Weekly Wombat; both series primarily feature Melee, Project+, and HDR, and sometimes feature other games, such as Rivals of Aether. Wombat had also helped organize and run several other offline events, including Resting Stitch Face and Resting Stitch Face 2.
