North Corner Smash (often abbreviated as NCS) is a crew based in Maine that was founded by Cobalt. Their tournaments were usually 3 stocks, 8 minute time with customs, legal stages, and no items. View more information on the Official Facebook Page. North Corner Smash was eventually discontinued due to a lack of interest, but re-emerged in July of 2017 as NCS: One More Stock, which featured prizes and the traditional 2 stocks, 6 minute time with no customs.

NCS December Meeting was a Super Smash Bros. for Wii U tournament that took place in Gray, Maine. Due to time constraints, Winners Finals and Losers Finals were Best of 3, while Grand Finals was Best of 5. Of the top 6, five of those players won a set using Lucas. This tournament was the largest non-Maine Competitive Gaming tournament in Maine for the time.
