Overview
Luigi's second jab is a quick punch using his other hand. It shares its uses with jab 1. It's a fast (frame 3) move with low endlag (IASA 19) that leads into several mixups. However, due to being after jab 1, it's easier to excape its mixups because of a higher reaction time.
