Peach (SSBB)/Forward tilt
Overview[edit]
Peach performs a 180-degree high kick in front of her.
This attack has great range for a forward tilt, covering a full 180-degree arc in front of Peach. Notably, it can attack opponents directly above Peach and can even hit opponents below her. The move has a fair amount of disjoint, giving it deceptively large reach beyond the arc where Peach is kicking.
The clean hit consists of three hitboxes located on her thigh (13%), shin (11%), and foot (10%). The thigh hitbox deals the most damage and knockback, capable of KO-ing Mario on Final Destination starting at 139% without DI. While powerful, landing this hitbox requires the opponent to be very close in front of Peach. The shin hitbox deals considerably less knockback than the thigh hitbox due to dealing less damage and having a less vertical launch angle. It KOs Mario starting at 166% without DI. The foot hitbox deals the least damage and knockback for the clean hit, KOing Mario starting at 182% without DI. However, this hitbox is the largest one in the clean hit and its center is positioned at the very tip of Peach's foot, granting a notable disjoint to her forward tilt.
The move also has a late hit that lingers for 8 frames after the clean hit. All of hitboxes in the late hit are identical, dealing 6% and weak vertical knockback. It provides Peach's forward tilt a bit of extra safety if she whiffs the clean hit, as the hitboxes still cover a large area directly above Peach.

Trivia[edit]
- Out of all of Peach's grounded attacks, her forward tilt has the most range below her. With the right spacing, it is capable of hitting tall characters standing under the middle platforms of Battlefield.
