Overview
Wolf's forward tilt is a 2 part move (though only a single input is required) where he slashes both arms forwards for the first hit, which stuns the opponent in place, and then fans his arms out for the second hit, which launches opponents away. It is fairly quick at frame 8/9-10, has very generous horizontal reach and decent kill power. The move can be angled up and down, which gives it great potential to punish the vulnerability when grabbing the ledge, as well as pressuring ledge hangs. Furthermore, Wolf's entire hurtbox is shifted during the second hit, effectively making the launcher hitbox a complete disjoint. It is considered to be Wolf's best utility move on the ground, and one of his best normals in general.
