Hello, I'm yoshifan 34567. This is my SmashWiki page. I have been a competitive Smash Bros. player since August of 2015. My mains in Super Smash Bros. are Yoshi and Captain Falcon. My mains in Super Smash Bros. Melee are Ganondorf and Captain Falcon. My main in Super Smash Bros. Brawl is Wolf and my mains in Super Smash Bros. 4 are Ryu and Ganondorf. I like playing on For Glory as it helps me get better at the game. I also love playing Tournament Mode in Brawl and Smash 4.

My Smash Experience
Introduction
I first heard of Super Smash Bros. in February of 2011 when I went to a game and movie shop to rent out a game for the Nintendo Wii and I found Super Smash Bros. Brawl sitting on a shelf and I wanted to rent it out. However I was a bit too young to play it and I couldn't rent it but I went back to the same shop in December of the same year and I was able to rent out the game. I went home and put in my Wii and I was amazed by the opening intro and went immediately into my first match. Like most of you reading, I went as Mario and played on a random stage. I did lose my first match but I got better and a few hours after playing, I found the Subspace Emmisary mode and played it. I loved the storyline and continued to play so I could know more of the game. I got stuck at a level involving Samus and Pikachu and a few days later, had to return the game to the shop. I never played it for about 3 years then.
However in September of 2014, I went to a friend's house and we decided to play Super Smash Bros. Brawl which he owned. He had unlocked the full roster so I could play as anyone I wanted. I wanted to play Sonic ever since I rented the game so I played as him. I also found out the ending to the Subspace Emissary. After playing Sonic for a few months, I quickly became attached to him therefore maining him. After the Smash Bros. Fighter Ballot was announced, I began playing Lucas and Wolf and mained them soon after starting to play them. I enjoyed Brawll a lot and then Smash 4 came.
Smash 4
When Smash 3DS came out in the United States and Europe, my friend got it and I played my first match at Sonic actually. I won the first match and I tried out more modes in the game. As much as I enjoyed the game, I thought it was a bit disappointing due to the loss of great characters, fun modes and was missing a lot of things. Regardless, I still got it for my birthday in 2014. I got Super Smash Bros. for Wii U for Christmas in 2014 and its currently my second favourite Wii U game to date (only losing to Super Mario Maker). It's easily my favourite Smash game to date. In that game, I main Sonic, Ryu, Ganondorf and Cloud.
Competitive Life
I started playing competitively in August 2015 after coming home from a holiday and I that's when I picked up Ganondorf in Smash 4. He felt really strong to me and despite his slow speed, small jump height and awful recovery, he's still someone I would play time to time again. I began playing him even more and therefore I started to main him. Me and my friend would play Smash oftenly and he would choose his main (Toon Link) and I would choose Ganondorf. I would win in almost every match due to how patiently I played him. I play with him online extremely often and win most matches while using him. He became one of my top mains in the game.
In October of the same year I picked up Diddy Kong and after seeing ZeRo play amazingly with him, I decided to pick him up in Smash 4. I played him really often and he became one of my mains and I also maimed him in Brawl. I went online many times and won some matches with him. I would practice with him oftenly until I got the hang of him. However in December, I began to lose interest in Diddy Kong, I wasn't having fun playing him and he just didn't feel that great to use anymore. I asked on Miiverse whether or not I should drop him as a main and someone told me "If you don't have fun with them, don't play with them". I thought about it and in the end, I dropped Diddy as a main in Sm4sh. I still main him in Brawl though, just not Smash 4.
After almost a year and a half of maining him, I dropped Sonic in Smash 4 on July 30th 2016. I entered a Sonic Ditto money-match against someone and lost 3-0. I was playing really badly and it made me not want to play Sonic anymore. I decided that while I would still main him in Brawl and Project M, I would now main Ryu and Ganondorf in Smash 4 from now on.
On September 2, 2016, I dropped my mains in Brawl and PM except for Wolf. I will play Wolf full time in Brawl and PM while still playing Captain Falcon and Toon Link in Brawl and Ganondorf in Project M.
