More rumored stuff

Penny Arcade eXpo, a gaming convention. Google it, it's not really about Penny Arcade, but it's hosted by the creators of it. As for my 2-cents on the leak, I'm not sure about its legitimacy. Yeah, Unseen64 isn't ALWAYS reliable, but he does get a lot of legitimate information. Such as all of that Mario Spikers info. 1. Eh, Bomberman isn't my top choice overall (Inkling, Paper Mario, or Bandanna Dee are higher than him), but out of the third-party options, he's one of the best choices (maybe beaten by Rayman.)

Personally, I think there's a different third party character that passes both Rayman and Bomberman; he's only been on Nintendo consoles (excluding one mobile spinoff that didn't actually feature Layton himself), all his fans love him and his games, he's considered Level-5's most successful franchise, and frankly, he'd fit right in with the rest of the quirky and fun roster. I'd love for him to be added. But Rayman and Bomberman are more realistic choices at least IMO. Also, according to most polls, they're higher on the ballot.

My two cents, considering how non-widespread it is, let's not add it. If K. Rool or Bomberman gets revealed, then it may be worth mentioning. I would say it needs mentioned if all three get added or it suddenly goes viral. All three are relatively highly requested (particularly Wolf and Rool) and are logical choices for someone making a fake leak, so even if one got it we should ride it out to see who else is added. ---Preceding unsigned comment added by BOO! However both Roger and Stealth are former NOA employees, however the other leaker remains a complete mystery. Stealth has managed to leak the Splatoon event in NYC and even know details about the April 1st Nintendo Direct, and Roger has been informed about future events such as Nintendo's E3 Digital Event, so it could very well turn out true. Is Shantae coming to Smash!?

First off, I'm having trouble finding the link for this, so if anyone has it, it would be great if you could post it. About a week ago a picture was posted onto Twitter by Wayforward's director of him with Sakurai, while at first it was thought to be a con, it was later found out through tracking that the photo was taken in California at Wayforward headquarters, and Sakurai visited them the same day. He did the same thing with Monolith Soft and Platnum Games to get the rights to their characters, so it's possible that he went to Wayforward to get the rights to Shantae. Thoughts on this matter? It looks legitimate to me. I see Wii U graphics taken with a very low quality camera. I've had similar situations with my phone.

If you look closely at Inkling on the credits roll, you'll see that the jumping animation is the exact same as the Mii Gunner. However this wouldn't be the first time a character would share animations with another character, Lucas shares various animations with Ness, and Roy shares various animations with Robin. It is a rumor, sure, but the picture is a definite fake. Always check the fonts first; it's the most obvious thing fake leakers usually get wrong. And here it doesn't match; most visibly, the "g" in "Inkling" doesn't match the lowercase "g" of any other "Character joins the battle" splash screen (which all have used the same font so far). --131.107.147.30 14:40, 16 October 2015 (EDT)
