Bombsoldier (ボムソルジャー) is a Japanese professional smasher who is best known for coming from absolute obscurity to wipe the mat from under Masashi and then had a close set to almost defeat Ken to place 2nd at the Jack Garden Tournament in Japan on August 20, 2005.

In the summer of 2007, Bombsoldier attended 0C3 Pearl to compete with western players for perhaps the last time in primarily Melee-oriented tournament setting.

He is also well known for using off-stage down aerials with Falco to finish off his opponents or to simply maintain the lead, causing down aerials used in this fashion to be referred to as "the Bombsoldier" in Bombsoldier's honor.
