The Mummy is a recurring boss in the Castlevania series. He occasionally plays the role of boss in some games, however that was mainly for early entries. After Symphony of the Night Mummie's became more of a common enemy type.

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

The Mummy appears as a background character in Dracula's Castle. He does not seem to interact with the fighters. The Mummy plays a minor role in Simon and Richter's character reveal trailer "Vampire Killer," where he is seen with a second mummy slowly chasing Luigi through a castle hallway, one of the two Mummy's being shot in the face with a plunger by Luigi's Poltergust.
