E for All

E for All, or E4A, is a Los Angeles event where the demo version of Super Smash Bros. Brawl was playable for the first time. The first E for All event was held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on October 18, 2007. This event displayed the first ever public playable version of Super Smash Bros. Brawl.

The 15 playable characters during the first E for All were Samus, Sonic, Pit, Donkey Kong, Meta Knight, Mario, Link, Fox, Pikachu, Diddy Kong, Ike, Peach, Zero Suit Samus (through Samus' Final Smash), Yoshi, and Bowser. The Random selection appeared as a starting option and featured a ? sign.

E for All revealed to the community many things that had been only briefly touched upon (or neglected entirely) by Smash Bros DOJO!!, including Sonic, Meta Knight, Peach, Ike's Great Aether, Norfair, and several items.
