Just saying

You of all people really shouldn't be forgetting to remove the redirect in archiving, I mean you have the ability to not leave a redirect as you move. Ganonmew, The Festive Evil Clone 20:46, 28 November 2015 (EST)

I didn't forget to... Serpent SKSig.png King 20:48, 28 November 2015 (EST)
Welp, I didn't know what you meant by "I always forget that" and forgot to look at the edit itself. Instead, I looked at the move and saw you didn't leave a redirect. Sorry... Ganonmew, The Festive Evil Clone 20:53, 28 November 2015 (EST)

Since you seem to be one of the most respected users here...

How am I doing on Smashwiki? 98.157.202.185 17:04, 29 November 2015 (EST)

Pretty great, I'd say. You should consider making an account though. Serpent SKSig.png King 17:28, 29 November 2015 (EST)

Two questions:

First of all, how good and/or efficient would you consider me as a user?

Second, can I upload another version of GimR's smasher pic? The other one is pretty outdated. --BeepYou (talk) 15:08, 30 November 2015 (EST)

1) I haven't really seen you around very much, so it's difficult to make a good call, but from what I've seen, you are doing just fine. Overall a very helpful user. 2) Yes, definitely. What's that one from anyway? Serpent SKSig.png King 15:20, 30 November 2015 (EST)
I took a break from the wiki, lol. This one is the image I want to upload from GimR. I don't know where does the other come from. --BeepYou (talk) 15:43, 30 November 2015 (EST)
That will work! Serpent SKSig.png King 15:43, 30 November 2015 (EST)

The IP you just blocked

IIRC, from last time I read it, you violated SW:BLOCK by infinitely banning an IP. I don't even think a long ban would've been that good since IPs change over time. Ganonmew, The Festive Evil Clone 21:08, 1 December 2015 (EST)

He had quickly changed it, so...I'd say he knows. Disaster Flare Disaster Flare signature image.png (talk) 21:08, 1 December 2015 (EST)
Just a message for anyone reading this in the future: I changed the block before this message. Serpent SKSig.png King 21:10, 1 December 2015 (EST)
GAH, SORRY Ganonmew, The Festive Evil Clone 21:29, 1 December 2015 (EST)

The changed length was still way too long for a one-time vandal IP. 3 days is pretty standard for IP vandals, and you shouldn't go longer than a week for a IP outside of a significant repeat offender or other such severe circumstances. Omega Tyrant TyranitarMS.png 21:39, 1 December 2015 (EST)

K noted. Thanks. Serpent SKSig.png King 21:40, 1 December 2015 (EST)

The IPs

I have reason to believe they're the same. Disaster Flare Disaster Flare signature image.png (talk) 23:07, 3 December 2015 (EST)

I got it. Serpent SKSig.png King 23:11, 3 December 2015 (EST)

Wazzup

I added a userbox that says you're my friend on my userpage :]

If you want, you can add mine too. Find it here. --BeepYou (talk) 17:54, 4 December 2015 (EST)

uh

Please excuse a buddy of mine. I kept trying to tell him no (I even told him about the very knowledgeable DatNuttyKid's failure) and he didn't listen. I'll keep him under control. Ganonmew, The Festive Evil Clone 21:47, 4 December 2015 (EST)

I'll assume good faith like always, although your friend is getting a bad reputation. Serpent SKSig.png King 21:50, 4 December 2015 (EST)
He is, admittedly. Also rollback will consume our souls... Ganonmew, The Festive Evil Clone 21:52, 4 December 2015 (EST)

Continuation from User_talk:Miles of SmashWiki#Changes from Brawl Entries

Ok so here's the deal. BeepYou, you've gone about this in entirely the wrong way. 1) It was wrong to accuse nightgengale of violating SW:1RV. I see no evidence of this, just two different reverts of two different edits on Zelda. 2) If an editing dispute happens, take it to the talk page, do not continue edit warring (I found this edit summary to be completely inappropriate, by the way). Serpent SKSig.png King 23:23, 4 December 2015 (EST)

I guess I didn't have to be that severe on my edit summary, so I'll stop accusing him. But that doesn't mean Nightgengale shouldn't let other people help him edit. Also, it is since November 14 Nightgengale has reverted the edits of Zelda. And he did it again on November 20, November 27 and December 1. I'm letting December 4 pass since it's not that important. That makes it four times he reverted it so it looks like the same version. Unless I'm indeed viewing SW:1RV the wrong way, I think that could be a violation.
And I was not warring. I still assume good faith. --BeepYou (talk) 23:59, 4 December 2015 (EST)
