Depends on what kind of animation. Things like .gifs of moves for use in articles are obviously okay. Animations that are personal images (i.e. have no place in mainspace articles) don't really have a rule for or against. Try making yourself appear active on it for the next week or so. Slipknot Darkrai from the Donkey Kong Wikis appeared there bothering an inactive bureaucrat for admin powers after his failure to gain adminship on the Donkey Kong Wikis. While I don't believe he is actually any threat to gaining adminship there, he has the tendency to get staff involved, who could then try promoting someone else if they don't see an "active bureaucrat".
