Smash Factor 9 is an upcoming national tournament to be held in Puebla, Mexico, that will include events for Super Smash Bros., Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. Originally scheduled for July 24th-26th, 2020 as a Platinum tier stop on the 2020 Smash World Tour, it was delayed to July 29th-31st, 2022 due to the COVID-19 pandemic[1]. The tournament is currently planned to be a Platinum stop on the Smash World Tour 2022.
