ZeRo[edit]

It was my understanding that the flag next to a smasher's name indicates their country of RESIDENCE, not origin. He lives in New Jersey, so it should be the American Flag. Lovedelic (talk) 21:39, 20 August 2017 (EDT)

While this is true, there is no proof that shows that he is living in New Jersey. On his page, it states that his location is Chillán, Chile. It also says to not change this location unless there is proof that he is living elsewhere. This is why in every single prior tournament, ZeRo has been marked with the flag of Chile. Why should this tournament be an exception? JustaSamsher (talk) 21:52, 20 August 2017 (EDT)
Do you really think he's flying from Chile every time he goes to a tournament? Use your brain, dude. Lovedelic (talk) 19:15, 8 October 2017 (EDT)
I'm just doing what his page says to do. Furthermore, every other tournament on this page has his flag labeled as the Chilean flag. Why is this tournament an exception to every other tournament? JustaSamsher (talk) 19:17, 8 October 2017 (EDT)
It's not an exception. I'm telling you the rule, okay? Stop doing it. Check other tournament pages. Ask an admin. Lovedelic (talk) 21:53, 8 October 2017 (EDT)
An admin named Disaster Flare already fixed the situation, unless you chose not to read their comment. On The Big House 7's revision history, they said quote: "As far as it's currently known, ZeRo does not have full citizenship in the US, meaning that he doesn't technically live in America by the way the country's system works." This admin changed ZeRo's flag to Chile because he IS NOT CONFIRMED TO HAVE CITIZENSHIP IN THE US. Please read what the admins say next time so you don't make these trivial mistakes. On adding characters[edit]

The unwritten rule on SSBWiki is that we only include characters in the results characters that helped to win a set. So for instance, Ally's Diddy Kong at Shine doesn't count. - Antimony (talkcontribslogs)

Ah, I see. I didn't know this. Thanks for the information. JustaSamsher (talk) 16:46, 27 August 2017 (EDT)

Let me handle Momocon 2018 results, I've been watching stream and keeping tab of characters used to win both yesterday and today - Antimony (talkcontribslogs)

Why are you so against Ally? His Shulk still has won The Come Up in Grand Final. And his Diddy still has fair amount of uses when he is active. Grand Dad.png GRAND DAD Fleenstones!? GRAND DAD!? 23:19, 4 August 2018 (EDT)

I'm not against Ally at all. I don't really understand why you would believe that. I have stated the reasons as to why I removed Ally as a notable player from the Diddy Kong, Captain Falcon, Mega Man, and Cloud pages. In the case of Diddy Kong, he mainly used him in the first few months of the game (a time where many top players played Diddy Kong as a secondary). And your point that his Diddy Kong still has a fair amount of uses currently isn't inherently true. The last time Ally has used Diddy Kong at a national was about a year ago at Shine 2017. Even then, it was used in a losing effort. Lastly, he hasn't made metagame advancements with these characters. He wasn't one of the original Diddy Kong players like Mew2King, Jtails, and Zinoto. I feel like you are prematurely adding Ally as a notable player for his loose secondaries for little to no reason at all. JustaSamsher (talk) 23:37, 4 August 2018 (EDT)
