Dirty South Tournament 13 was a Super Smash Bros. Melee tournament held in Montpellier, France, on April 10th, 2010. It was the thirteenth iteration of the Dirty South Tournament series, returning after a 2 year hiatus.

Format[edit]

The tournament began with a Swiss Rounds phase, with sets being best of 3. Top 16 advanced to the double-elimination bracket. Starting from the second round, sets were best of 7 unless a player was 2 games up, in which case the set would end immediately in their favor. Winners Finals, Losers Finals and Grand Finals were best of 7 without the aforementioned clause.

Stagelist[edit]

The starter stage list was the following: Final Destination, Dream Land N64. Additionally, Pokémon Stadium, Fountain of Dreams and Yoshi's Story were available as counterpicks. Dave's Stupid Rule was applied during the counterpicking process.
