Nopt sure if it's notable but in Fox's On-Screen apperance he uses a 64 Style Arwing but on the stage they're Assault style. It maybe is a reference to Fox's Arwing II in Command but I'm not sure. Guybrush20X6 (talk) 03:40, 22 July 2014 (EDT)

Lylat Cruise also used the 64 Arwing design and the Assault Great Fox design in its backgrounds. It's not new or particularly notable, since a lot of Star Fox stuff in Smash is amalgamated from across the series. Miles (talk) 03:42, 22 July 2014 (EDT)

Smash Taunt or Not[edit]

The conversations are not Smash Taunts, because neither Fox nor Falco is present. The announcer also says you can hear special conversations between Team Star Fox on this stage and Lylat Cruise. So unless Mega Man is activating these things (because he's in both scenes), it's not a Smash Taunt, right? Roarmoocowz (talk) 22:24, 23 October 2014 (EDT)

Could Fox or Falco have been offscreen, or hidden for debug purposes? Toomai Glittershine ??? The Zesty 22:25, 23 October 2014 (EDT)
Only Mega Man and Kirby have their percent things displayed. PikaSamus (talk) PikaSamus 22:27, 23 October 2014 (EDT)

I don't understand why the game thinks being KO'd by the Orbital Gate's force field counts as a SD. Juju1995 (talk) 20:39, 21 December 2017 (EST)

Check the SD page for more information on that. I believe it's because techinically, you aren't KOed by someone, so it simply counts as an SD instead. --Penro 21:04, 21 December 2017 (EST)
However players are credited KOs even if opponents are killed by stage hazards as long as the player hits them. ZeldaStarfoxfan2164 (talk) is bad for me 21:47, 21 December 2017 (EST)
I forgot to mention that even the player who made the last hit on the opposing player, and if said opposing player is hit by the force field, the game will register that action, and when the player is KO'd from the force field, the game treats it as though the player self-destructed.
