Existence of this page

Hey, page creator here. I wanted to add this to round out Knuckles' special moves (given that Spring Jump and Spin Dash already technically have a page, to which he does in fact already have a page on this wiki. I was also planning to make a category for Knuckles, and briefly mention his usage of his shared special moves in the respective Trivia sections. Please ask me about anything if there is a concern! None of the other PM characters that have a unique PM special have a page on the wiki (such as Synthesis, Seed Bomb, and Sunny Day, all of which just redirects to the move on Bulbapedia). Spring Jump and Spin Dash are under Sonic's normal moveset which is why they have pages.

I'm not completely opposed to having PM-unique moves as individual pages, but a change like that would require a proposal, especially with how PM's coverage on this wiki, at least the extent of it, has historically been contentious. CookiesCreme 11:06, September 14, 2025 (EDT)

How do I write a proposal? And is it okay if I briefly finish up Knuckles' side special until then? I will take it down if it gets rejected, and if passed, I can try asking around the P+ community for assistance with writing. Alternatively, I can just move the unique special moves to his own page. The point is that the page was made without consensus, so please do not make a page for his side special before this one gets approved. You can create a proposal in the forum for proposals. Aidan the Gamer 11:29, September 14, 2025 (EDT)

Adding to this, if we do decide to have pages for Project M/+ exclusive special moves, I would suggest we append "(PM)" or "(P+)" to the ends of the names. If necessary, this could also be done for moves which exist in the official games, but which function radically differently in PM/+, justifying their own page.
