Your signature is still against our policy, as sigs are not supposed to use templates or mainspace images Here's what you can do about it.

1. Copy the Marth's Head image onto your hard drive and upload it as F0rZ3r0F0r-sig.png or something like that.
2. Place the following in the signature box in preferences:

I'm assuming you haven't actually read it, because it's actually very well written and contains valuable information. I'm confused as to how you deemed it "unnecessary" when similar info dumps made by other pro players are on their pages as well (such as Mew2King).
