About me
*I mostly make edits to pages that are incomplete, need to be reorganised or lack information that I find important. Other than that I rarely make huge edits as the pages I'm interested in tend to have enough information, albeit I've still made some (especially here).
*I tend to be a quiet person, talking only when I find it necessary or when I find something I'm interested in. I dislike any type of bragging or showing off.
**However, I can easily get into any conversation about topics that interest me (these are mainly videogames, dinosaurs, math, interesting facts, and other entertaining things spread across the internet), and I have a great sense of humor. Oh, and I love teasing people I trust well (with friendly intentions, of course).
*In videogames, I appreciate variety over anything else. In the case of Smash, I find the games better the more characters they have and the more balance there is between them (so all characters are given a relatively equal representation; sad that no Smash game has achieved this...), even if some seem stupid, out of place or gimmicky.
**While I have no problem with semi-clones, I do find full clones should be worked on more (especially the ones in Smash 4).
*When it comes to competitive play in videogames, I despise luck-based mechanics that you cannot easily adapt to (e.g. if Peach gets a stitchface, you can avoid it, but if you trip, you're screwed) causing you to lose even when you're clearly more skilled and experienced at the game than your foe, which is why I agree with the competitive Smash rulesets. Like, when I spend weeks and even months getting good at a game to then get beaten by a newbie just because of some stupid RNG that cannot be manipulated... it burns my spirit.
*I like animals, especially domestic ones; I'm often friendly towards them and give them the same respect people generally give to humans. I absolutely hate any abuse done to animals.

y I like people who...
*Have interests in common with me.
*Appreciate my work/help and trust me.
*Can respect other's opinions.
*Can carry on a conversation employing commonsense and humor without saying something out of place or offending you (such as by saying something you clearly dislike).
*Can initiate conversations (given my quiet character) without being unnecessarily apprehensive. I'll never be annoyed if you want to talk to me, and in case I'm not in a really suitable mood, I'll say so.
*Like animals... or dinosaurs (if you like both, congratulations, you're a <span class="explain" title="Note that I'm indifferent when it comes to swearing. This site isn't censored anyway.">fucking</span> badass! :D).
*Do programming. They're pretty cool people.
*Related to videogames, can respect the way in which you play: your mains, playstyle, preferences, skill, everything. And those who can accept a loss.
**I know some people get upset when they lose (including me sometimes), but that doesn't give them a reason for blaming the other player unless they want to be made fun of. I also have mixed opinions about people who quit matches: in a sense, it's their way of saying "I give up, you rekt me" or "I screwed up", but some don't try at all and/or quit excessively.

Miscellaneous: For abbreviating my name, you can use Draco, DRex, RexKing or similar names, but please never use DRK. That sounds awkward and meaningless.

n I dislike people who...
*Underestimate your abilities or don't recognise your talents claiming that "anyone else could do that".
*Think your opinion doesn't matter and act like their bias is the truth.
*Show off everything, or try hard pretending to be someone or something they aren't.
*Treat you as an ignorant for not knowing about an specific game, show, book, band, etc., deliberately offending you. Different people grow up with different media and different hobbies, so respect that. And in that case, wouldn't it be more productive if you instead let the other guy know about that certain thing?
*Overuse jokes and memes to the point of being zero funny at all and annoying (e.g. a certain phrase spoken by this guy who has tons of other, much better phrases in his origin game).
*Are mean to <span class="explain" title="Innocent ones, I mean: of course you should defend against a rabid dog trying to kill you">animals</span>. All those people are dead for me.

If you exhibit or have exhibited any of these behaviors, just avoid them when talking to me and it'll be fine. I love you all (no homo). And in case you are wondering, no, I never exhibit any of these behaviors myself.

Stand on each Smash game
Basically what I think of each game, formatted as a list using "buff" & "nerf" templates, which indicate what I like and dislike of the games, respectively. A "change" template indicates something I've mixed opinions about or towards I'm neutral.

SSB SSB
Obtainment: One of the many games I played on my brother's N64 since I was very young. Don’t exactly know when he got it.
*Really fun to play as the first Smash game.
*Overpowered L-canceling makes aerials hype.
*Kirby is amazing in this game.
*Has the best Falcon Punch.
*The Green Shell glitch is fun.
*
**
**
**
**
*Fastfalls cannot be performed while using aerial attacks.
*The infinite throw trap.
*
*
*
General opinion: Pretty fun game, although not one I'd play at tournaments.

SSBM Melee
Obtainment: 2002 Christmas if I remember correctly, bundled with the Gamecube console itself.
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*Jigglypuff is amazing in this game.
*
*Master Hand glitch is super fun.
*
**
**
**
*Wobbling.
*
*
*There could be more variety and balance among characters...
*
*Appreciations on the AI are the same as in SSB.
General opinion: A huge and really enjoyable classic, and definitively the top Gamecube game for its age, but when it comes to competition I prefer playing Project M (due to basically being an improved Melee) and Smash 4 (more character variety and easier for other people to get into it) despite Melee having a larger competitive scene. Also, I hate Fox in this game (I do like Falco though).

SSBB Brawl
Obtainment: Right at launch.
*Angling forward smashes is easier.
*
*Footstooling and the new taunts are fun.
*
*
*Boss Battles mode.
*Improved AI.
*
*
*
*
*
*
*Random tripping.
*Even less character balance...
*
*
General opinion: Not a game I enjoy playing competitively. I had my good times with it, but now it's obsolete.

PM Project M
Obtainment: I knew about its existence at the time of 2.6b, and so downloaded it. 3.0 then surprised me and encouraged me to play it even more.
*
*
*
*
*Wobbling is gone.
*
*
*Super armor was removed when it wasn't even broken.
*
*
*
*R.I.P Project M 12-01-2015.
General opinion: The definitive Melee. I hope the Project M Dev Team does something in the future about what they've just decided recently, though.

SSB4 Sm4sh
Obtainment (by retail for both): SSB4-3At launch, albeit not by pre-order. / SSB4-UHad to wait for it until Christmas since Pokémon Omega Ruby came out at the same date and I decided to buy that one. I did, however, get the bundle including the Gamecube Adapter and a cool Smash Edition controller (which is the one I currently play with). A pretty Smashing Christmas, as I also got some amiibos in addition to the bundle.
*
*
*The much needed removal of hitstun canceling.
*
*
*Planking is gone.
*
*
*
*
**
*
*
*Improved online mode.
*
*
*
*
*
*
*
*Why don't Star/Screen KOs occur all the time anymore?
*
*
*
General opinion: An amazing game with tons of content that fixed Brawl's messed up gameplay and did better than that game appealing to both casual and competitive players, and while it has its flaws, its vast character variety and large playerbase is enough for me to enjoy it competitively. The 3DS version also allows me to play Smash anywhere, something I really like.

Self-judgment (my advantages and disadvantages)
Advantages
*Can easily help others with work if they want, and might sometimes do it voluntarily, with my biggest help being on Serpent King's custom move project.
*Fast typing speed with minimal amount of typos (the aforementioned help on Serpent's project was an exception though, lol).
*Can provide vast knowledge on subject I know clearly about (like this).

Disadvantages
*(Apparent) lack of familiarity among users in the wiki, so I might not get involved in discussions often.
*No capture cards, so I can't get good-quality videos or gifs of Smash games without ripping them off random (most of the time) YouTube videos. (I can get my own pics though: I can use emulator screenshots for 64 and Melee, and bin2jpg for Brawl (and PM), while Sm4sh simply saves snapshots as jpg.)
*<s>As I go to school, I might be online here but not actively improve the wiki due to work.</s> Fuck yeah holidays! :)

Pokémon series
I'm also a huge enthusiast on the Pokémon games. The game I play the most frequently is Pokémon Omega Ruby, and I also play on the online simulator Pokémon Showdown.
*My favorite Pokémon of all time is Nidoking, present on my profile and signature, and often having a big place in my team.
*Other favorites of mine are Charizard, Tyranitar, Aerodactyl and Bisharp.
*My favorite first-stage Pokémon is the adorable T-Rex at the right, Tyrunt.
*My favorite legendary Pokémon is Groudon.
*Generation II is my favorite.
*Some of my favorite moves are Earthquake and Ice Beam.

As for competitive play...

MEGA RAYQUAZA IS NOT THE ONLY POKÉMON WORTH ANYTHING IN ORAS.

Trivia
*Spanish is my mother language. I started learning English when I was 5 by translating words from my videogames with the help of books or online translators, to the point I knew to write and speak English in full lines when I was 9. What further taught me subsequently was visiting internet websites in English like this wiki, and figuring out how things were worded. As of now, I still thank videogames for this.
**Something that also aided me a lot in this was a Pokémon Handbook I had in Spanish with all the locations, types and attacks existing in Gen I, which I used to compare the names with the English ones in Pokémon Stadium, thus enabling me to translate words very quickly (e.g. "tipo Fantasma" to "Ghost-type", and "Lanzallamas" to "Flamethrower"). If I'm certain, it was this handbook.
*I learned to read at the age of 4 thanks to interactive PC games.
*I play all Smash games so far with Gamecube controllers (Smash 3DS being the obvious exception). In the case of SSB, I play it on Project 64 with a software enabling me to use the Wii U Gamecube Adapter on my PC.
*My original game tag when I started playing the Smash games competitively was "Yesz!", as an anonymous joke name alluding to the amazing Captain I second in Melee. This was also the name I used for other games that require such, like the Zelda and Pokémon games.
**My current game tag is "DREX" in Melee and Brawl/PM, and "DRexKing" in Sm4sh, so people can actually know who I am, since I never used the name "Yesz!" for any online games except Smash and the Gen 6 Pokémon games. For game series where you can't change your name after selecting it (like the Zelda and Pokémon series), though, <span class="explain" title="Don't ever think I'll start the whole games all over again just for a name">I still use the name "Yesz!" for consistency</span>.
*My favorite color is red, though I also consider blue a second favorite. Coincidentally, those two colors make purple, which is my King's color!
